Hi there, I’m Claire!

I’m a Minnesota-based Illustrator, collage artist, and Printmaker. I create works that are inspired by comics, video games, and fantasy worlds. I aim to create work that is warm, playful, and a little bit whimsical. I make my pieces out of a variety of different materials, such as gouache, colored pencils, and markers, but I often switch mediums. I am passionate about experimenting and trying new things, and that applies to my artwork - I am constantly on the lookout for new materials to try out and test in my work.

I am grateful to have been featured in several portfolio shows, both in virtual and in-person formats, and I have had work featured in several group-published zines. As my passions and interests lie in the cross-section between art and community, my work as a zine moderator and artist has allowed me to use those passions to help raise money for charities and foundations such as The Nature Conservancy and the Sylvia Rivera Law Project.
